ROBOVISIONÄR HAS BEEN POSTPONED

To all participants,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce ROBOVISIONÄR has been postponed. The championship will return as an international level event.

This was not an easy call, and we know what it costs you. Teams trained, built, tested and prepared for this. That effort was real, and we are sorry.

Every registered team will receive a personal call from our organizing team. We will explain the situation ourselves and answer whatever you want to ask. Please wait for that call rather than contacting the organizers individually. We are working through every team one by one, and we would rather speak to you properly than leave anyone on hold.

ON REFUNDS

• Registration fees will be refunded in full to every team. Nothing is needed from you for this.
• Transport cancellation charges will be reimbursed on top of the registration refund, for confirmed train or bus bookings made for this event. This one does need proof: your booking confirmation and the cancellation receipt. It will be explained on your call.

We know none of this undoes the disappointment. What we can offer is fairness and transparency while we put it right.

ROBOVISIONÄR will return, and we intend to make it worth the wait.
