REFUND POLICY

All payments made towards registration are non-refundable, except in the single circumstance described in section 02.

This includes, without limitation: withdrawal by a team, non-attendance, disqualification, arriving without a compliant machine, inability to travel, and changes to your team’s composition after registration.

If an event does not receive sufficient registrations to be conducted and is consequently cancelled by the Organizers, the registration fee paid for that specific cancelled event will be refunded to the team that paid it.

Refunds apply only to the cancelled event. If your team registered for more than one event, fees for events that do go ahead remain non-refundable.

Where an event is cancelled, a team may instead elect to receive e-certificates for its registered members. If you choose e-certificates, no refund will be processed for that registration. You must choose one or the other, not both.

Approved refunds are returned to the UPI account from which payment was received, against the transaction reference (UTR) recorded on your registration. Please allow a reasonable processing period after the cancellation is announced.

If the originating account is unavailable, contact the Organizers with your Reference ID and proof of the original transaction.

If you have paid twice for the same registration, or paid an incorrect amount, write to us with your Reference ID and both transaction references. Genuine duplicate payments will be returned. Shortfalls must be settled before your registration can be verified.

Prize amounts published on this website are indicative and may be revised at the time of event conduction. A revision to prize money does not entitle a participant to a refund of the registration fee.

Refund requests must be raised in writing to the contact address below, quoting your Reference ID. Requests are assessed against this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
